Miuccia Prada launched the spring 2011 collection for men in fashion city of Milan. In the setting of an industrial-like runway, the models presented the newest menswear collection, inspired by several types of uniforms. On the runway, blue is the most often seen color. And it seems that this time the designer wants to use up all kinds of blue colors, starting with baby blue and navy and ending with turquoise and electric blue. While apart from blue, you will also find some bright colors, like orange and green, here and there, but still, the designer uses something else to make a balance, such as neutral tones like beige and black.


 
Have a closer look and you can find some very interesting details in this simple-appearing collection: the boatnecks, the ties, the espadrille-like shoes. Aside from the classic business suit, which gives the models quite a smart look, shorts, hip bags and colorful hospital scrubs can also be seen on the show. These are innovatively combined in layers.
 

 
If you like do like colors, you’ll be so fond of these striped sweaters, which are so great for the colder spring evenings. And since the designer wanted to keep it simple, all clothes are made out of cotton. And what other fabric is simpler and more wearable that denim? Obviously, Prada’s collection for spring season 2011 does not say no to denim, and neither should you. Shorts, shirts – denim never goes out of fashion. And if it does, it will surely make a grand return soon after.
